 I am Chinese,my name is Cui Manguang. I graduated from Tongji University with a master's degree in computer application. I have been engaged in software development for many years and am controlled by a group of criminals hiding in the dark. They control me through a technique called "brain control". Some articles on the Internet describe "brain control" as psychosis, auditory hallucination and schizophrenia. Actual brain control is a technology of remote control of the brain. According to the reports of the Ministry of National Defense and the military network (Baidu searches for "brain-controlled weapons: it's really a bit mysterious", "the way to win with brain-controlled weapons", "yesterday, today and tomorrow of brain science" and "ethical thinking caused by the militarization of brain-controlled technology"), the army has brain-controlled weapons, and according to other online articles, the National Security Agency and the National Security Bureau also know this technology, but few people know about this technology, so the victims of brain-controlled weapons are  misunderstood by everyone.

In 1960s, scientists from countries such as  the Soviet Union and the United States conducted scientific experimental research, and developed ECG weapons one after another to monitor and spy on the brain thinking of the enemy's opponents. In 1963, Li Min, a Chinese author, published an article entitled "The Birth of Bioradio", which was published in China's "Radio" magazine No.12 (No.96) in 1963. This paper not only introduces the scientific research of scientists in the world at that time on people's nervous system activities and related "long-distance thought induction" or "psychological suggestion", but also introduces the research on the transmission of thinking or psychological activity information by electromagnetic radiation, that is, the electromagnetic phenomena of biological nervous system. According to the article, many scientific experiments have proved that the fact that the nervous system of organisms can transmit and receive electromagnetic waves will naturally lead people to conclude that between organisms, thinking or psychological activities can be transmitted by electromagnetic waves; The brain and nervous system of organisms are transmitters and receivers of this electromagnetic wave. In addition, it also introduces the scientists' research on the transmission, amplification and control of electrical signals in human brain, as well as the transmission and reception of biological radio waves, and puts forward a new concept, namely "brain field". In this paper, the author says: With the high development of modern radio electronics, biophysics and electromagnetic field theory, and the increasing precision and perfection of experimental technology, a branch of biophysics-Bioradio has gradually grown up. All the researches on brain science and its electromagnetic radiation transmission thinking and psychological activities introduced in these articles are related to the research status of mind control (brain control) technology at that time.

Since then, with the research and development of brain-controlled weapon technology, a brain-controlled weapon system that invades brain thoughts has been gradually developed, thus entering the era of brain reading. For example, in the 1970s, the Committee of State Security of the Soviet Union developed the Heart Movie Sound System (PIS), which used a mixture of high-frequency radio waves and hypnosis to turn soldiers into designable "human weapons". In response to the Soviet Union's research, the United States also made great efforts to develop ECG weapons to control brain thinking, and successively carried out the research of Pandora Project, the technology of "transmitting sound into secret" and V2K (transmitting sound to human brain). Since then, the world's military powers have been competing to develop "psychological weapons", in an attempt to manipulate and control the will of others through specific remote control devices and psychological effects, and to command the other side to perform various tasks unconsciously. For example,United State is studying the psychological physiological system of the East, and is engaged in the research of psychological influence with the help of hypnosis, neurolinguistics programming, computer applied psychotherapy, biological clock stimulation, etc., in order to gain the ability to control other people's behavior. All these studies, for different political and military purposes, are trying to find new ways to act on the human mind, manipulate the general public and gain the public's behavioral consciousness.

According to Russian media reports, Major General Boris Ratnikov, a  agent of the the Committee of State Security of the former  Soviet Union and a former deputy director of the Russian Federal Security Administration, general counsel of the President's Security Service and adviser to the director of the Federal Security Service, said: "We can walk in the brains of the US President and his cronies and provide information only known to the No.1 American." In the early 1990s, Russia's "Spiritual Secret Service" conducted a "study" on the new American ambassador to Russia, and reached the conclusion that the American embassy had psychological influence equipment and some other information. Two weeks before NATO launched an air strike against Yugoslavia on March 24th, 1999, Russian "spiritual agents" successfully invaded the brain of US Secretary of State Albright and "scanned" her subconscious.

Every country keeps a secret about spies stealing people's brain waves. Although the media reported on this, as state secrets, they were all closely examined and controlled by the news authorities to prevent media leaks. Therefore, there will be a strange phenomenon here, that is, the officials of various countries, whether the secret owner or the secret stealer, keep quiet about the details, for fear of bringing out the secrets of brain-controlled weapons technology, preferring to lost high-level secrets rather than popularize the knowledge of anti-mind-reading  secret stealing.

In order to steal other countries' intelligence, the intelligence war and spy war between countries are competing fiercely on the invisible battlefield in the field of electronic brain control, which is a common fact all over the world today. Now, spy agencies in various countries are generally equipped with brain-controlled weapons. The spy agencies of various countries use different kinds of brain-controlled weapons to control people's mind. The purpose is to monitor the important figures in the political, economic, military and scientific fields of hostile countries without any trace, steal secret information from their brains, and plot against the important figures in other countries' various fields, aiming at attacking and weakening the strength of other countries. At present, stealing people's brain waves, from government officials, researchers to ordinary people, is the secret object of theft. Spies try to get all kinds of secret information that is not easy to be known from their brain activities.

24 hours a day in my brain, I hear the voices of these criminals insulting, threatening and abusing. This group of criminals is called Rizhao National Security Bureau, Rizhao Military Division, Song Ping (former head of the Central Organization Department) family or Wulian underworld.

I have checked some information, and it is a military technology to transmit sound to the brain wirelessly through satellite or radar, which is called intracranial sound transmission on the Internet. Because the police at the grass-roots police station don't know anything about these military technologies at all, any victim can't tell the story clearly when reporting the case. According to an online Donghua University paper, extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields can affect neural networks in the brain.

 

    In 2013,  I left a software company in Shanghai and returned to Rizhao to start a small local software company.

In June 2018, this group of criminals claimed to control me through "brain control" because I improved an open source chat software of utox, which was developed by some software developers after the "Prism" incident in the United States. The main purpose of this software is to protect the privacy of communication. The person in charge of me (Rizhao National Security Bureau or Rizhao Military Division) may think that this is a so-called "spy" software and treat me as a spy. Later, in the process of interrogating me through "brain control", an uncle in our village died, and the brain controller said that this uncle's death was related to me. But I have little contact with this uncle. I don't know the cause of his death. I heard that he died of liver cancer. The brain controller made up several reasons for me to pay the family money, or even make me pay for my life or cut off my fingers. But I am a software developer, and I have no intention of hurting others. They monitored me, which led to the wrong case and the death of an innocent old man. This mistake has nothing to do with me. Just because they have the power and gun, they put all the mistakes on me and create misunderstanding between the victim's family and me, trying to make me contradict their family and kill each other, so that they can escape the legal sanction. They also said that the uncle's son was single, and I asked him that his son was married.

During the start-up, I developed a 3D printer. A screw on the 3D printer cost more than 100,000 yuan. This scheme is only an experimental one. If it is not suitable, it needs to be improved. Because I don't have enough money, I give up. Brain controllers claimed that they had stolen the design scheme of my 3D printer. As a result, the machine made by them didn't work well, and they lost more than 200,000 yuan. They were angry and extorted money from me to compensate them for their losses. This is simply robber logic.

Brain control is said to be auditory hallucination or mental illness. It may be that some criminals cover up the fact of their crimes in order to confuse the audience.

What I experienced after being "brain-controlled" can prove that "brain-controlled" really exists, because there is a one-to-one correspondence between the voice in my mind and the facts. For example,

At first, I thought the brain control machine was around my home, so I thought I wouldn't be affected if I stayed away from home. So I took a bus to Nanjing. That night, I quarreled with the voice in my brain. They said they were people in the army and wanted to teach me a lesson. The next day, when I got home by bus, I found that my ID card was missing, and my bank card was put into my bag from my trouser pocket.

After I was brain-controlled, during my stay in a hotel in Shanghai, the voice in my brain told me that people from Rizhao City Security Bureau wanted to assassinate me and let me report the case, but at the same time they said that they had bribed the police of the police station near the hotel, and something would happen if I reported the case. Because of the urgency, I reported the case. After the police found me, they sent me to Sanlin Psychiatric Hospital in Pudong without asking why. That night, I was tied to the bed by them, and I couldn't urinate and defecate.I urinated followed by a person with a plastic bag. Later, a man came in and told me, "Did you offend somebody?" His voice was a bit like that of CCTV announcer.

My relatives took me back to Rizhao from Shanghai Psychiatric Hospital. After getting off the bus, my father said that he would go to the hospital to see ophthalmology. The voice in my brain told me not to go to the hospital, but my father insisted on going, and the car finally drove to Rizhao Third People's Hospital (mental hospital). After going in, a doctor asked me to take my temperature. I said I didn't need it. They tied me to the bed and couldn't move. When tying me up, the male nurse told me that "adults should be responsible for what they have done". I asked him what he meant, but he didn't answer me. I behaved normally at that time, without any symptoms of mental patients, and there was no need to take coercive measures at all. After more than two months, I was forced to take injections, take medicine, draw blood and do various examinations (including brain wave detection). I was in a normal state of mind during the examination, but the doctor tied my hand to another patient and went to the examination together. During my stay in hospital, I always told the doctor that I didn't have any mental problems, but they didn't allow me to leave the hospital and let me admit that I was mentally ill. I found several soldiers playing basketball on the first floor of a mental hospital. I also found a man like a plainclothes policeman holding an instrument to check whether there was a bug or something under the desk. In the early stage of brain control, I was deceived by brain controllers (they said that I was Xi Jinping's son, that my father was the Nationalist Party member, and even made me rape my mother and jump into the river to commit suicide). After I jumped into the river, my father thought I was mentally ill. I was forced to live in Rizhao Psychiatric Hospital for more than 2 months, during which the brain controller kept asking me to commit suicide by jumping off a building or taking sleeping pills . Two months later, I paid about 12,000 yuan to be discharged from hospital, because according to the information given to me by the brain controller at that time, it might be related to Rizhao National Security Bureau or Rizhao Military Division, so I didn't dare to tell my parents exactly what the brain controller threatened me. They are all over 70 years old, in poor health and timid. They always believe that the doctors in Rizhao Mental Hospital and think that I am mentally ill. Afraid of being misunderstood and forcing back to the mental hospital, so I had to take medicine at home.

After I was forced to enter a mental hospital, because I was forced to take injections and medicine for a long time, there was something wrong with the lower limb blood vessels, and my legs became weak and unable to stand for a long time. One day, the brain controller told me to escape from the mental hospital. I wanted to break the glass door and escape. I thought about what to do in my mind. Then, after a nurse opened the door, I opened the door and wanted to run out. Several male nurses caught me, pressed me to the ground and tied me to the hospital bed. The female head nurse shouted "He pinched nurse XX's neck". Actually, I didn't do it, but I just thought of doing it in my mind. This incident shows that the head nurse knows what's in my head, which may be the inside story of my brain control. The brain controller told me to escape, just to find a reason to tie me up. The head nurse may be working with the brain controller. The female head nurse is about 45 years old, about 1.7 meters tall and of medium appearance.

4.  In the early stage of brain control, the voice in my brain made me take sleeping pills to commit suicide. In order to find out the spy software, I went to Director Chen of Rizhao Development Zone Security Bureau. Director Chen said that this software was fine. When I mentioned the voice in my brain, he said that I should "sleep a lot". I felt that he seemed to suggest that I take sleeping pills to commit suicide, because before I went to Director Chen's place, brain control criminals kept asking me to pay sleeping pills to commit suicide. The sign of "Security Company" is hung at the entrance of the Security Bureau of Rizhao Development Zone where Director Chen is located. Director Chen is my classmate Tian Yangguang's "uncle". Director Chen is about 55 years old and about 1.6 meters tall.

In July, 2018, my father asked someone to tell my fortune, and brought two people to my home. The voice in my brain said that these two people were from Rizhao City Security Bureau to decide if I should be alive. When he left, the man pointed his finger at his own temple, and the voice in my brain said that it was for me to die. I have been to Rizhao City Security Bureau, but the doorman won't let me in.

6 The mobile phone I used was bought in Shanghai. When I bought the mobile phone, the brain-controlled criminals said that they would sell me a mobile phone with virus, but I didn't believe it. But now there is something wrong with my mobile phone, and an advertisement pops up when I make a call. Recalling that when I bought the mobile phone, the shop assistant once suggested that I change it, but I didn't change it at that time. Now I use my mobile phone to surf the Internet at home. In order to control my online report, these criminals attacked my mobile phone, which made me unable to surf the Internet. They said that if they control my mobile phone, they can know who I contact, they can speak ill of me to the person I ask for help, and alienate me from my friends and classmates, so that they can isolate me from asking for help. Now (in 2021), I contacted several classmates on WeChat several times, such as Qiu Lingfeng (WeChat fangcaomanyuan), Zhao Hui (WeChat tzghzhaohui), Wang Ge (WeChat bluepug) and Song Kan (WeChat songkankd). They didn't reply. At first, there were several replies, but then suddenly they didn't reply. I didn't have any unhappiness with these classmates.

I haven't contacted one of my classmates for a long time. The voice in my brain told me that he is now the president of the bank. Later, I found out in the chat histroy of our class's WeChat group that he really is the president of the bank.

The brain controller often tells me the time through "intracranial voice", and the time is consistent with the actual time.

In November 2018, with the help of one of my relatives, I was taken out of Rizhao Mental Hospital. The brain controller asked me to commit suicide at home after I was discharged from hospital, and sent money to Wulian Military Division of Rizhao City. I ignored it. During my stay in hospital, I found several volunteers from Wulian in the mental hospital.

In February 2019, the voice in my brain stopped, and I found a job as a software development project manager in Rizhao. After several months of normal work, there was a sound in my brain. During my work, the brain controller kept asking me to commit suicide. At the beginning of July, the brain controller said he would rob me of my money and started to make trouble for me, such as locking me in the house. I also asked a man with a tattoo to threaten me with an axe near my house, and said he would enter my room to kill me. I had to go back to my hometown and hide for the time being.

In November, 2019, I found another job as a software development project manager. The boss of the company dismissed me because of the  vicious talk of the brain controller. After I got home, I had the voice of the brain controller in my brain. They said they were from Rizhao Security Bureau. I was dismissed because they deliberately made mischief. They also tricked me into transferring 2000 yuan to the boss of the company where I worked. About December, the voice in my brain tricked me into sending them money (all my money). I met a person who called me "good brother" and the voice in my brain told me to give him both bank cards. I didn't give it.

About March 2020, I found a job in software development in Rizhao ZhongSheng Data. When I planned to develop the software formally, the brain controller began to interfere with my brain again, which made me unable to sleep, so I had to resign. After returning home, the brain controller has been interfering with my brain. I found a relative who works in the local police station and explained the brain controller to him. He didn't believe me.

On April 8th, 2020, at 9 o'clock in the evening, I received a short message from 12309 (Inspection Institute), the content of which was "The problem you reflected is unclear and you can't enter the review stage, please add materials and contents". I logged into the 12309 website and found that there was no problem I reflected.

I have reported the case to the website of the Ministry of Public Security 12389.gov.cn, 12339.gov.cn of the National Security Bureau, "Say a word to the Prime Minister" of gov.cn, the website of Rizhao Public Security Bureau and the website of 12337, but there is no reply.

This group may have the support of the relevant leaders of the National Security Bureau. I couldn't get through to the report number 01066264666 of the Ministry of Public Security. Computers are controlled. According to the brain controller, they have taken control of my mobile phone through hackers. I found that my mobile phone can dial automatically, and my computer can shut down automatically. Recently, I sometimes couldn't get through to my relatives. I also found that my U shield certificate of Agricultural Bank of China has been modified, and I don't know whether it was hacked or they went to the bank to modify it (the army or the Security Bureau may find the bank to do this).

Because of their criminal acts, they still want to kill three members of our family. In order to collect money, they claimed to control our village. In order to isolate me, they secretly created misunderstanding between me and my relatives and friends.

When I was in Rizhao Psychiatric Hospital (also called Rizhao Third People's Hospital and Invalides Rehabilitation Hospital), I found that many female doctors had great strength, and I suspected that they might be military doctors. Later, the brain controller said that these people were from Rizhao Military Division, and those doctors in the mental hospital were military doctors. The uncle in my village died at the hands of a middle-aged male military doctor in Rizhao Military Division or Wulian People's Armed Forces Department, and he was about 50 years old. According to the brain controller, the man is the director of the mental hospital. I saw this man when I was cheated into a mental hospital. Brain controllers claimed that Commander Zhang Quan of Rizhao Military Division was their umbrella. They made up a lie to deceive the Ministry of Public Security and the National Security Bureau, Jinan National Security Bureau, Rizhao National Security Bureau and Rizhao Public Security Bureau. The content of the lie may involve Xi Jinping and Wang Qishan. On August 1st, 2020, I called the mental hospital and asked if the hospital had any contact with the army. The person who answered the phone asked me why I asked this. I told him that it was necessary to report the case. He said he couldn't tell me. I said why you should keep it a secret. With mutter and mumble ,he refused to tell me happily whether he had any contact with the army or not, and said that he had an agreement with the business unit and couldn't say it.

When I lived in Rizhao Psychiatric Hospital, I found that most people were in normal spirits. I knew several people, one named Zhao Feng, another named Zhang Shoushan, another named Hou Wenxiang and another named Li Yifeng, but they were also kept inside. Most people can communicate with me normally. One of them told me, "You still can't escape from this prison". Zhao Feng claims to be in his fifties and has been in a mental hospital for more than 20 years, but I think he is only in his thirties. Li Yifeng asked me to call Huanghai Daily to tell them about mental hospital  for help when I came out . I felt that he also wanted to come out of it. Li Yifeng's voice is a bit like a phone call I received during my startup. It was very strange. He asked me if I understood the "subconscious". When I said I didn't understand, the other party hung up. Zhao Feng and several people often play cards in it, and then once everyone sang with a microphone in it and invited me to sing. I feel that most of these people are sane people, unlike those who are mentally ill. Later, the brain controller said that these people came from some military base in Wulian, and those who were hospitalized with me were "acting". The brain controller said that if I took the police to the mental hospital to find these people, he would make them insist that they were "schizophrenia". The mental hospital is like a prison. Fifty or sixty patients are strictly confined to one room most of the time. Most of them are young people, all of whom are in normal spirits, but they are required to have two injections and take three medicines every day. I feel that this is purely an excuse for charging fees, and they will be tied up if they don't have injections or take medicine. One day, a man named "Xiao Wu" came to the mental hospital. The female nurse in the mental hospital said that "Xiao Wu came again". For some reason, Xiao Wu knelt on the ground and kowtowed in our activity room. His head knocked on the floor tiles, and his forehead broke his skin, causing a lot of blood, but nobody paid attention to him. When I went to pull him , the nurse went to pull Xiao Wu  and bandaged his forehead. Xiao Wu was not like a mental patient. The male nurse in the room once beat a patient in the toilet. At that time, the door of the toilet was closed, so I could only hear that he was playing badly inside, and I don't know to what extent. The brain controller sometimes tells me that the mental hospital is a triad society composed of military doctors, and many patients in it are deceived. There are several mentally healthy patients who have been tied up all the time. They are tied up when eating and sleeping. It is inconvenient to pee. They need others to carry urinals for them before they can pee. The brain controller said that one of the people tied up was from Lanshan. He knew that I was from Lanshan and was killed in a mental hospital. He supported me, so he was tied up. That person sometimes said "visions" to nurses. There is also a tied person who keeps hitting the bed with his hands. His hands are tied, and he pees with a urinal with his feet. After I was hospitalized for a period of time, a young man came in again, who seemed to be from the area of Wulian Juxian County. For the first time, he greeted me and called me "Tian Boguang" (the flower thief in the martial arts novel the legendary swordsman). I don't know who told him to call me that. Maybe the person who hurt me spoke ill of me to him, so he deliberately humiliated me. Criminals told me that they were really speaking ill of me with some hospitalized people, and let other patients fight with me. But the patients inside didn't think I was a bad person, so they didn't do anything.

This criminal group makes use of the advanced technology of brain control to commit crimes covertly, and the  whistleblower have no evidence to report and suffer. This group intends to take advantage of the weakness of many people working in other places who are alone, control one person through a group of people, on the one hand, abuse and intimidate through "intracranial voice transmission", and on the other hand, force the victims to work for them to make money or commit suicide through violent threats from those who have been controlled, which is simply similar to Shanxi Black Brick Kiln.

In the summer of 2018, I was intimidated and forced to leave home to Shanghai. I was followed and threatened by this group of criminals on the road. They stole more than 20,000 yuan from me. The brain controller deceived me to let me stay in a high-end hotel, which cost more than 20,000. A total of more than 50,000 yuan was lost.

In July, 2019, I found an unlicensed vehicle at the entrance of our village. The license plate may be removed to avoid monitoring on the road. The gang who are in charge of me (Rizhao National Security Bureau or Rizhao Military Division) threatened me, saying that they would take advantage of their position to deceive the local police station to my home and forcibly take me to Rizhao No.3 Psychiatric Hospital for abuse and possibly kill me.

I had some strange feelings in college and at work, and the brain controller told me that these strange feelings were caused by brain control. They told me that I had been brain-controlled since I went to college and used me to make money. Since the brain controlled me in June 2018, they insulted and threatened me 24 hours a day, which made me unable to live a normal life. They also said that They would use the National Security staff and even the police to control me, try to kill me, and then take all the money from our family.

In the summer of 2019, I reported this to the criminal police of Rizhao Public Security Bureau. A staff member said that "brain control needs to be tested" and asked me to report to the police station, but I don't think the police station understands "brain control". I also reported the case to my district (Lanshan District, Rizhao City), and sent the report materials according to the email provided by their phone, but there was no reply. In June 2020, I reported it to Rizhao Public Security Bureau, which said that it could not find any department to handle this matter. When I asked one of my classmates for help, he said that he knew a person from the National Security Bureau in Haiyang (which belongs to Yantai City). This person said that "brain control can be blocked".

In order to achieve the goal of crime, this group of criminals claimed to have controlled the villagers in our village. According to them, EEG can control a person's "subconscious" and can use brain control technology to lead to the brain death of the victim during sleep.  Brain waves are different between waking and sleeping. Last year, after I was brain-controlled, during my sleep, they hit me twice with this technology. At that time, my brain felt like being sawed by a chainsaw. Now they say that if I continue to confront them, they intend to send me to Rizhao Mental Hospital or use brain control to make my brain die directly.

Because this matter involves "brain control", you can only consult military experts, experts who know brain control from the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Security, Academy of Military Sciences and Academy of Military Medical Sciences.

On July 22, 2019, I found several suspicious people in our village, a suspicious little boy wearing military camouflage shorts. I was followed by a group of people in Shanghai last year, and some of them also wore this camouflage jacket or trousers.

The brain controller said that this group of people may be from Rizhao Military Division or Security Bureau. The reason for monitoring me is that they intend to come to my house to kill people and rob money in the past few days, and use my parents or relatives to send me to Rizhao Third People's Hospital (mental hospital) to torture me and make my father spend money.

On July 23, 2019, I found several vehicles with license plates that may be sent by this group of criminals.

On April 27th, 2020, I saw a taxi of Wulian "Rural Commercial Bank" by the roadside of the village. I suspected that it was sent by criminals who were in charge of me, because the voice in my brain once claimed that they were "Wulian Underworld" or "Wulian People's Armed Forces". I sat at home for a while, and the voice in my brain told me to take a picture of the taxi. After going out, the voice in my brain told me that the taxi had left. When I went to the roadside, the taxi really left. The brain controllers are actually playing me. They are already reckless. Because the police always don't believe in brain control. Even if I mention this kind of thing to the police, the police will take it as a coincidence.

In 2019, I called 12339 of the National Security Agency, and the operator asked me to go to the hospital for examination. I don't know if they don't understand "brain control", or are they deliberately protecting Rizhao National Security Bureau. I also called the Rizhao Security Bureau and asked them what the last name of the director was, but they said it was a secret and they scolded me not to occupy the police line. But in 2018, I also called the Rizhao Security Bureau. They said that the director's surname was "Tang". On July 6th, 2020, I called 12339 of Rizhao National Security Bureau and asked them if they understood brain control. They said, "No comment, this situation will not be accepted".

The brain controller said that my parents were also controlled. The brain controller used my parents to create misunderstanding between me and my parents and tried to use my parents to send me to a mental hospital. According to my observation and what the brain controller said, my parents may also be brain-controlled, because brain-controlled criminals called me "beast, fuck your mother", and I scolded them. They said that since I scolded her mother, he made my mother feel uncomfortable, and soon my mother would have a headache or physical discomfort. I didn't believe it.However,during my communication with several staff members in the Lanshan Office , I found these staff members either set obstacles to my report or simply hung up after dealing with me a few words, which was not the attitude to solve the problem. My home is far away from the Lanshan Public Security Bureau, and this matter involves such unbelievable things as brain control and electromagnetic weapons, so I hope that the Lanshan Public Security Bureau will look at my report materials first. When I asked the Lanshan Public Security Office for their email address, a female employee of the office gave me a wrong email address, and the correct email address was lsfj3366@rz.shangdong.cn. But the female employee told me the email adress is lsfj3366@rzshangdong.cn. The first time I failed to send an email, I guessed that there should be a dot between rz and shangdong.I sent the email again according to my guess, and this time it was successful. Criminals told me that they instigated the staff of Lanshan Public Security Office to do this on purpose. After I sent the e-mail, I repeatedly called to ask if the Legal Brigade of Lanshan Public Security Bureau had read the materials. The Legal Brigade of Lanshan answered the phone and asked me to report the case to their office. I explained the situation to her, hoping that they would read the report materials first, otherwise  I couldn't explain to them with a few words, or even they didn't believe me. They reluctantly agreed, but I later called the Legal Brigade several times, no one answered the phone. Criminals told me that the Legal Brigade was deceived by them and wouldn't take care of my case. I didn't believe the criminals' words. On September 20th, 2021, I went to reported the case to the Lanshan Public Security Legal Brigade. When I told them the case briefly, one of the policewomen said that the current technology could not control the brain, and thought that I had mental problems. I had to find the artical of "The Way To Win With Brain Control Weapons" to show them. In order to convince them that I am a culturally rational person, I told them that I have a master's degree in computer science, and the policewoman who didn't believe in brain control technology asked me to show her registered permanent residence booklet and master's degree certificate. I felt very strange. Criminals told me that the people in the  Legal Brigade were instigated by them and deliberately set obstacles for me.I brought a U disk with me. In addition to the written report materials, there were some picture materials. The policeman who questioned brain control said that their computer could not insert the U disk. He refused my report materials and asked me to write them on the spot. Fortunately, there was a written report material in my mobile phone, and I sent it to another policeman's mobile phone. After I returned from the Lanshan Public Security Bureau, the criminals told me that my report would not be useful, the Legal Brigade would not handle it, they were just dealing with me, and the criminals also told me that they played the Lanshan police by using their public officials identities. The Lanshan police were stupid, had no idea of the legal system in their heads, lacked IQ, and believed the criminals' one-sided story. I'm dubious about these statements made by criminals. After reporting the case, I called the Legal Brigade every day, but no one answered the phone. Fourteen days later, I came to the Legal Brigade of Lanshan Public Security Bureau again to inquire about the situation. A policeman told me that they didn't know the situation, and asked me who received me when reporting the case. I described the height and age of the male policeman who received me. At this time, the policeman who receive me now  said that that policeman was on a business trip, and other policemen didn't know about my case. Some policemen said that I should call the police station to report the case. I asked them if anyone was instructing them to deal with me, but the police didn't admit it, so I had to explain the case to them again. After listening to it, they said that brain control belongs to high technology and they decided not to file a case.
