 With the development of military science and technology, the army began to research and develop electromagnetic weapons for human body, such as nerve weapons, brain control weapons, microwave weapons, particle weapons, etc. Some of these weapons are deployed on satellites. Many victims don't understand military technology and think that the perpetrators are people in society, foreign spies and aliens. According to the data, since 1964, the relevant departments have been monitoring the brains of some citizens. At present, it is very likely that these meat targets selected by the military are selected from these monitored citizens. They come from all walks of life, including intellectuals, soldiers, civil servants, teachers, company employees, overseas students and farmers, but the proportion is not the same. Most of them are law-abiding citizens with no background, general economic situation and no power. They all have a question, why are they chosen as meat targets by the army to attack ruthlessly without breaking the law and committing crimes. This kind of secret illegal military experiment has evolved into a crime. Take me as an example. According to the information told by the people who control me, in 2013, I returned from Shanghai to Rizhao to start a business. Criminals lost money because of stealing my business ideas, so they changed from secret monitoring to public control. At first, they sent insults and threats to my brain, forcing me to commit suicide, otherwise I had to give them all my money. Now they say that they have turned me into a target for military experiments by slandering me to their leaders. I am a master of computer science at Tongji University, and I can't be regarded as a meat target in terms of ability or social value. Their conscience is hard, and they call themselves "son of a bitch, Wulian bitch". I hope you can save me and other law-abiding citizens who are regarded as meat targets, and let National People's Congress issue policies of becoming the standard of meat targets in military experiments.
